New location and contact details for AAT Melbourne office!

What is AAT: The AAT(Administrative Appeals Tribunal) provides service for the independent review of a wide range of decisions made by the Australian Government.  Simply, if your visa refused and cancelled and if you would like to find appeal process, AAT is the place to support and take your appeal application.

To make valid review application to appeal decisions by Immigration department, please note that there is strict time limitation to apply it. You can apply through the online at (https://tribunalonline.mrt-rrt.gov.au/) or still use paper application to post it to AAT office.

Recently, there are changes for contact details for AAT Melbourne office and please see their notice to avoid wrong postal address for your application!

“The Melbourne offices of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal will relocate to Level 4, 15 William Street on Monday 27 November 2017.

The office at Level 10, 120 Spencer Street will close at 5.00pm on Friday 24 November 2017.

The offices at Level 11, 565 Bourke Street and Level 16 HWT Tower, 40 City Road, Southbank will close at 5.00pm, Friday 8 December 2017.”
